Lamlash is a beautiful and peaceful village on the Isle of Arran, just 3 miles from Brodick and the ferry. Lamlash is directly on the bay and overlooks the Holy Isle. You can enjoy a beautiful stroll along the beach and a bit of seal spotting if you are lucky!
There are a range of bars and restaurants including The Lamlash Bay Hotel, The Drift Inn, The Pier Head Tavern, The Indian Garden, as well as several café’s, so you are really spoilt for choice! If you prefer to dine at home, there is a Co-op serving a great selection of food and drink, including local produce.
Lamlash has its own 18 hole golf course, a tennis court, a skateboard park and bowling green. There are two small play parks for younger children which are situated along the bay and several boutique shops offering clothing and an array of island gifts.
Whilst there is much to do in Lamlash, the Isle of Arran offers so much more! You can visit the distillery, watch cheese being made, pony trek through the countryside, go swimming at the Auchrannie Leisure Centre, or visit some truly beautiful places like Brodick Castle.
